You don't have to do anything! Download it from the chrome store and you're set!
Our philosophy is "Less is more". While we do track things such as email (If you give it to us - this is how you'll get data and more information from us!) and if you uninstall the plugin, the only other pieces of information we track is the minimized screenshot of the website, the exact URL visited, and whether or not you decided to browse away or mark the site as a false positive.
No. However, we track false positive and true positive phishing sites sent to the AI by your browser.
As little as possible. We are very intentional about the data we collect, and our philosophy is "Less is more". Our extension attempts to minimize the screenshot region to avoid areas that typically contain data such as usernames, passwords, Personally Identifiable Information (PII), and Non-Public Personal Information (NPII)
That's not good! Thankfully this is easy to resolve if it is indeed Antiphish breaking things (And we all know technology is fickle). To disable it, go to chrome://extensions, (Another way to get there: Click the three dots on the right hand side -> Settings -> then click Extensions), find the Antiphish Plugin and click the slider so it is on the left side and grey (If it's activated, it should be blue, unless a theme is installed)
With so much of our lives on line, more of our information is susceptible to cyber security attacks. Phishing attacks can gather valuable information from vulnerable users. AntiPhish can prevent phishing attacks targeting your information.
